EXPERIENCE

Nobu Malibu opened in October 1999 in the heart of Malibu, just minutes from the beach.  Offering a cozy and casual atmosphere the Malibu location is one of the smallest of the Nobu restaurants.  We feature an energetic main dining room and an enclosed patio, which require reservations that can be made up to one month in advance.  The Sushi Bar and small Bar area offer full menu dining and are on a first come first serve basis.

Nobu Malibu is known for exquisite cuisine featuring Nobu Matsuhisa's signature dishes such as Tiradito, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, and Black Cod with Miso.  We also have some Malibu favorites created by our Executive Chef Gregorio Stephenson including Ribeye with Yuzu Butter Truffle Sauce, Heirloom Tomato New Style, and Kobe Beef with Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms.
