PRIVATE EVENTS
AT NOBU DALLAS

Nobu Dallas is available for private parties in the Skylight Room, the Wine Room, Nobu’s Outdoor Courtyard and the main Dining Room.  Please consider the following guidelines when planning an event.

Nobu Dallas Entire Restaurant

Featuring the Sushi Bar, Bar-Lounge, Dining area and Courtyard.

Passed Hors D’oeuvres / Cocktail:

- Capacity: up to 450 guests standing
- Seating available at the lounge area
- Satellite Bar(s)

Full service dining:
- Capacity: up to 250 guests seated (furniture settings will determine the space available for guests; up to 150 guests seated in the main dining room
- Individual or “family style” dining service based on a Preset menu

Nobu Dallas Skylight Room

The Skylight room is a private dining area located next to the main dining room overlooking the courtyard. For smaller semi-private parties, the room can be divided into two sections separated by a heavy set curtain to create private ambiance (not sound proof).

Passed Hors D’oeuvres / Cocktail:

- Capacity: up to 150 guests standing
- Limited seating available at the lounge area
- Satellite Bar(s), Private Sushi Bar

Full service dining:
- Capacity: up to 70 guests seated
- Individual or “family style” dining service based on a Preset menu

The Wine Room

The wine room is located at the lower level of Nobu restaurant.

Passed Hors D’oeuvres / Cocktail:

- Capacity: up to 35 guests standing
- Satellite Bar required
- Private Sushi Bar available upon request

Full service dining:
- Capacity: up to 24 guests seated
- Individual or “family style” dining service based on a Preset menu

Nobu’s Outdoor Courtyard    

The open-air courtyard is located outside of the Skylight Room, featuring a contemporary lounge setting.

Passed Hors D’oeuvres / Cocktail:

- Capacity: up to 100 guests standing
- Limited seating area available
- Satellite Bar(s) & Private Sushi Bar available upon request

Nobu Lounge

A semi private lounge area featuring the main bar.

Passed Hors D’oeuvres / Cocktail:
- Capacity: up to 50 guests standing
- Limited seating area available

Nobu Dallas is now available for off-site catering (Lunch & Dinner)

•Assorted Sushi Platter catered to meetings and conferences
•Individual Bento Boxes by Nobu for employees and clients
•Private Sushi Chef(s) with a portable sushi bar set up
